Who runs this site
This site is operated by P4 One LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, under the brand P4 SiteCheck. Throughout this policy “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to that operating team.
What we collect
Scan requests
When you submit a website to scan, we receive the URL you enter and generate an informational report about that page. We do not log in to, modify, or store credentials for any site you submit.
Waitlist & inquiries
If you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your email address (and any message you choose to share) through Netlify Forms, used only to follow up with you.
Payments
The current service is free — we collect no payment on this site. If a paid plan is ever introduced, payment would be processed directly by Stripe on their secure platform — we would never see or store card numbers.
Analytics — every visitor
- Standard Google Analytics 4 data — pageviews, country, browser, referrer, device type, and aggregated session behavior. No personal identifiers are sent from us to GA4.
Server logs
- Standard hosting logs from Netlify — IP address, timestamp, user agent, requested URL — kept for security, abuse prevention, and uptime.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don’t run retargeting, behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party ad networks.
- We don’t email you unless you contacted us or you are an active client.
Third parties we use
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) — hosts this site and delivers form submissions to our team.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — pageview analytics; you can block it via your browser without affecting the site.
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — would process payments only if a paid plan is ever introduced; no card data is collected today.
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets standard analytics cookies. You can block these via your browser settings or extensions. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete any personal data you’ve shared with us. Reach the team at admin@p4one.com and we’ll respond within a few business days.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, we do not currently respond to them. Regardless of any DNT setting, we do not track you across third-party websites for advertising.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Updates
If we change this policy, the “Last updated” date above will move. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email.
