Who we are

This site and its services are provided by P4 One LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, under the brand P4 SiteCheck. “We,” “our,” and “us” refer to that operating team.

What we provide

P4 SiteCheck provides automated, informational website-health checks — accessibility, SEO, performance, and broken-link signals — and, where offered, recurring monitoring reports. These follow the WCAG 2.1 AA framework as a working standard.

What we do not provide

We do not certify legal compliance, guarantee specific rankings, or guarantee that a site is “compliant,” “accessible,” or “lawsuit-proof.” A scan is a point-in-time informational signal, not legal advice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to disrupt, attack, scrape abusively, or misuse it. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our brand, design system, code, and templates. Content and deliverables we produce for a paying client belong to that client once the engagement is fulfilled, subject to the agreement between us.

Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, P4 One LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above will move when we do.
