Terms of Service

The terms under which P4 SiteCheck is provided.

1. The service

P4 SiteCheck is a website monitoring service operated by P4 One LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "our," "us"). The service runs automated checks on a website you choose and delivers the results in plain English.

2. The free scan

The free scan runs on demand against any public URL you submit. Results are informational only. You may use the free scan freely, but please do not use it as a load-testing tool or to scan URLs you don't have permission to test.

3. Paid subscription

  • Starter — $19/month — weekly automated scan on one site, weekly report by email. Live now.
  • Growth — $49/month — up to 5 sites. Launching soon.
  • Pro — $99/month — up to 25 sites. Launching soon.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal; your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100%. We may run maintenance windows that briefly pause scans or reports. We will make a reasonable effort to communicate planned maintenance in advance to active subscribers.

They are not a legal compliance certification for any standard — including (but not limited to) the Americans with Disabilities Act, WCAG, Section 508, or any state or international accessibility law. Use the results to inform your own decisions. For legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Scan results depend on third-party data sources (including Google PageSpeed Insights) and may vary over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of P4 SiteCheck is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Acceptable use

  • Don't submit URLs you don't own or don't have permission to scan.
  • Don't use the service to probe for security vulnerabilities on sites that aren't yours.
  • Don't use the service to send abusive traffic to any site.
  • Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate any subscription that violates this section.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service or these terms. The current version is always at this URL. Material changes that affect active subscribers will be communicated by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
